Mother’s Day Kids Craft at Buchanan’s Plants

A cute and easy (and affordable!) craft to gift for Mother’s Day. Buchanan’s is hosting a craft hour to make mom or a special grown-up a keepsake tote bag this Mother’s Day! Tickets are $5 per craft, for kids ages 10 and under. Tickets here.
HCCC Hands-On Houston Craft for All Ages

A free craft every month! Join metalsmith and former resident artist Edward Lane McCartney to learn fold-forming. Shape a stunning copper leaf by folding the metal and forming the edge to create an organic texture and curve, and create a unique handcrafted necklace to wear. Details here.

This event is included with general admission (which is free for children 12 and under and for members daily!), and will take place throughout the Kinder building and in the Law building. Using the colorful tunnels to get to the different buildings is always a hit for kids!
